The Code of Ethics represents a precise commitment of the Company towards all interested parties and identifies the ethical, regulatory and behavioral principles underlying all the activities carried out by the people involved in any capacity, each within the scope of their own functions and responsibilities .
It is an essential tool with which the Company intends to give directives and suggestions so that all its staff operate according to ethical behavior which is reflected in the following purposes:


- respect the laws in force in the national territory;

- operate with correctness and courtesy in relationships between colleagues, providing all the most useful collaboration;

- respect the interests of every other interlocutor (customers, institutions, public authorities and the external community);

- carry out their role with professionalism and moral integrity while respecting human dignity.


The code also defines the methods for verifying effective compliance with the operating procedures and the sanctions provided for in case of violation by staff.

The rules of the Code apply, without exception, to all members of the Company, from the Employer to the members of the Board of Directors, collaborators, consultants and all company staff; any other third party who may act on behalf or on behalf of the company is also subject to compliance with the Code. All the aforementioned subjects are required to learn and respect its contents.
